Clancy starts the match with 3 tokens.

Recover Health 50% more effectively.
Gadget Cooldown
Reduces Gadget cooldown by 15%.

I don't really think this is the best build but, it's really fun and practical if you want to get level 3 early game.
All off the build here is designed to maximize the tokens you get.
Play very aggressively but keeping some distance.

It's just a mode that Clancy can really be used on a lot of times in all maps.
Works Well With
Bull
Not just Bull, but he counters all tanks and assassins if level 3.
